Michelle is a qualified yoga instructor and mother of two beautiful adult children. Her nurturing, empowering and informative classes help students navigate the journey of pregnancy and birth with greater ease and confidence, guiding them gracefully towards a balance of strength and surrender in preparation for the natural process of birth. Each class is an invitation to explore mindful movement, subtle breath awareness, meditation and relaxation, all while holding the unique needs of the pregnant body and mind at the forefront.
