Message & handouts from Gail:

Dear Participants,
We're happy to be meeting you soon.

You can access the Spinning Babies® Workshop handouts at your workshop's Google Drive.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Fx1InoDUwqfGJj-PiszmLNqGaH3Say5R?usp=sharing

  1. Please know your handouts are for your private use and are not licensed to be shared or reproduced or posted in any way. They are just for your own personal use.
  2. There is a Three Sisters of Balance handout you can use to remind you easily of the steps to each technique.
  3. There is also a legal use of Spinning Babies to help you understand how you can and can't use the brand name Spinning Babies in your work.
I so appreciate your reading ahead. You do not have to bring your handouts to the class. You can open them on a device and read them there, or print them if you like.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
Sincerely,

There is a shuttle bus service from the Sunshine Coast airport which can drop you at the venue at Alexandra Headlands for $18 one way, $36 return. You need to book in advance. Visit sunair.com.au.
For share options and discussion, please join this event's Face Book Group.

Accommodation:
Accommodation at Alexandra Park is only available for the nights of the 16, 17 & 18th March.
For those flying or arriving on the Sunshine Coast the day before, and leaving after the 19th, you will need to book accommodation somewhere other than at Alexandra Park.
For share options and discussion, please join this event's Face Book Group.

What to bring:
If you are staying at Alexandra Park, then you need to BYO linen (including a pillow and towel) or you can hire linen (including a pillow for $30). Remember that it is still very warm in Qld, so if you need to travel light, you can bring a couple of light sheets and a shawl, or a sarong and sleeping bag. That way you can use your sarong and shawl for other occasions.

Bring light comfy loose clothing to wear during the workshop, no jeans, no tight clothing please. We want to be able to feel each other's bodies super easily through clothing.
Really it's a very beachy vibe, so if you wanted to wear a sarong and bikini top all day it would be fine. There is a swimming pool at the facility very close to the meeting room where we have the workshop, and the beach is a short walk away.
If you live locally, then please bring a yoga mat and extra cushion for the workshop.
Bring a notebook and pen.

Diets:
We need to let Alexandra Park know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements.
To notify us of any Dietary requirements please visit our 'logistics' form.
All breakfasts and lunches, morning and afternoon teas are catered for, and also dinner on the first night.
There is a selection of local restaurants within easy walking distance for the other 2 nights.
