Along with other like-minded women you are receiving this invitation to attend this 3 day retreat to dive deeper, into the world of Internal Pelvic Release Work. There is always more to integrate. There is always more to learn.
My intention in building the retreat was to create a relaxed, cosy atmosphere where hands on practice and conversation could lead to a
deeper understanding of the pelvis.
Birth is complex; the movement of the baby through mother’s pelvis is convoluted and requires us to understand more deeply the nuances of pelvic types and pelvic tissues in this mesmerising journey of baby.
Prolapse is complex; women (us) need to understand the fullness of what is occurring with a droop or prolapse;
women need guidance on managing this vulnerability.
Pain with sex is complex. Pelvic pain is complex. Infertility is complex.
And so it goes on……
Integration takes time. Integration takes repetition.
And so I felt by creating a time away in a beautiful location with like-minded women folk we might all experience fresh Ahh Ha! moments.
Our knowledge could deepen. Our skills could refine.
