Join Nicole for 90 minutes every Tuesday in a peaceful, relaxing and sacred space where true transformation can occur.
This class includes breathing and relaxation techniques that help take you away from the stresses of life and bring you back to the abundance of inner wisdom and intuition that lies within you.
Each class includes an intuitively guided and powerful meditation that helps you see yourself for all that you are. Nicole’s deep connection with the Earth and the animals will help reconnect you with the wisdom of nature and the abundance of all that surrounds you.
We will also use other tools such as colour, crystals, cards and nature to help give us more insight.
