Can I attend if I haven’t studied anatomy?
It is not essential to have studied anatomy. You will be learning as you go.
However, if you have an anatomy book you like to refer to then please bring it along.
You can also brush up or familiarise yourself on some basics of pelvic anatomy before you come.
Is the training certified?
No.
However, we do give certificates of attendance.
Which airport do I fly in to?
You fly in to Denpasar Airport (country code DPS). Your passport must be valid for at least another 6 months from your arrival date. Please be aware that there is a death penalty for bringing drugs in to the country.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, you do. We would like you to provide us with a copy of your travel insurance document before the retreat begins.
What kind of visa do I need?
You will be coming to Bali on a tourist/holiday visa.
How do I get from the airport to Ubud and what is the approximate cost?
You have 3 options:
Is Bali safe?
You need to be aware of the latest advice for tourists relative to any activity that could make travel unsafe.
Refund policy?
If your flight is cancelled by the airline company due to volcanic activity in Bali, you will be refunded the cost of the workshop in full.
For cancellations due to personal reasons, we are happy to refund 75% of the workshop fee up til April 15.
After April 15 there is a ‘no refund’ policy.
What do I need to wear to the workshop?
Bali is very warm to hot, and we also need to feel easily through clothing for the experiential components of the workshop. Please wear light, loose comfortable clothing.
But please also bring a light shawl or light jumper for possible cooler rainy days.
What do I need to bring to the workshop?
You will need an open heart and mind.
A rebozo if you have one otherwise there will be rebozos to purchase and use.
A note book and pen.
Snack foods.
Swimming bathers.
Other items to consider bringing with you to Bali: water bottle, mosquito repellent, probiotics, hat, sun block, light shawl, torch, umbrella
What if I have dietary preferences?
There will be a variety of foods at breakfast.
The lunch will be gluten free vegan food.
Please advise us in advance if you have other special dietary needs, or you can talk to staff on arrival.

- You can engage a taxi from the airport to Ubud at a Standard Rate.
- You can email Ananda Cottages and give them details of your arrival and they will engage transport for you at the same Standard Rate.
- You can go by Uber which may be slightly cheaper
